Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy was last updated on 16th July 2025.

Free delivery for UK orders of £30 and above

Shipping is free for all UK orders of £30 and above.

£3.95 delivery for UK orders below £30

For orders of £24.99 and under, a postage and packing fee of £3.95 will be added at checkout.

Delivery times and method

Normal delivery times are 2-3 working days, however please allow up to 5 working days from placing your order.

We deliver using Royal Mail’s tracked service.  A signature will not be needed on delivery.

International delivery

Currently we only ship to UK addresses, however we will be reviewing this soon.

When you own and become responsible for the goods

You own a product which is goods once we have received your payment in full.

Goods become your responsibility from the point at which Royal Mail first attempt to make delivery at the delivery address you provided when making your order.  If you are not in when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail’s usual practices for attempting redelivery will apply and if they subsequently notify you of arrangements for you to collect the parcel, it is your responsibility to do so within the advised timeframe.

If your order is not delivered within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please let us know at we will rectify the situation.
